Donations and Appeals for the Church
All offerings received from our friends and benefactors are used in three ways:
We have a large and beautiful nineteenth century church which is in constant need of maintenance. We have recently completed painting the entire interior of the church, and also installed a new efficient, environmentally friendly lighting system.
We have a spacious and vibrant Community Centre which caters for the needs of our local people of all ages. Much of the work of the Centre has to be financed by the church.
The Irish Province of Carmelites is to be found in Zimbabwe as well as Ireland. Zimbabwe is still in much need of financial support and we, in Whitefriar Street Church, like to do what we can.
Your contribution helps us to continue our mission of outreach to those in need.
